Decent value, small hiccup

I ordered a High Availability Cloud VPS and the core service itself is solid, very reliable uptime so far. Getting it provisioned was quick. My only small gripe was with the initial billing explanation; it was a bit less clear than I'd hoped, had to dig a little to understand the credit application fully. Once that was sorted, the performance for the price is quite good. The console for managing snapshots is intuitive, though. Overall, a positive experience and good value, just a minor point on the clarity of account credits.
